We are Bali Aerosport School or As known as Nyang Nyang Paragliding

The one and the only paragiding and Paramotor School is up in order to promote the sport in the country, provide to the public a healthy activity and an experience that will mark their lives. For many of us the flight is an art, (Implies movement, style, rhythm.) and also a sport that puts the practitioner in touch with nature, you can admire the wonderfull nature from a unique view.

Bali Aerosport school/ Bali Paragliding Club have pioneered the most successful training centre and distribution center of Paragliding and Powered Paragliding equipment in the Bali collaborate with Indonesian Aerosport Federation (FASI), designers and manufactures worldwide in order to produce and constantly improve the quality of products that we exclusively import to Indonesia.

All our instructor is a member of Indonesian national paragliding team, and accredited as a legal and expert for this sport. They are compete actively at PWCA (paragliding world cup association) and ACPA (Asian continental paragliding Association) championship.

we are one and the only aersport provider that work with the largest insurance company at Indonesia. All our customer is protected by a Jasa Raharja Putra’ s personal insurance, with max covered until IDR 250 mill.

We count with the support of the largest and oldest manufactures of Paragliding and Powered Paragliding equipment in the world.

What is a paragliding

The safest way to enjoy an extreme sensation of height.

Most people think that learning to fly a paraglider is a difficult thing to do but in fact, it is really quite easy and safe. Since it was introduced in Bali by early 1990, we recorded zero accident happened.

Paragliding is the simplest and most serene way to fulfill humankind’s oldest dream - free flight! The pilot jogs down a gentle slope and glides away from the mountain. There is no free-falling or jumping off of cliffs. The launches and landings are slow and gentle and, once in the air, most people are surprised by how quiet and peaceful the experience is.

The main flight zone and training center is located at Nyang Nyang beach near the stunning Uluwatu Great temples..

The scenery is breathtaking, comprising of rugged cliffs, pristine beaches, blue seas, temples, and waves breaking over coral reefs make for a marvelous place to learn to fly or just relax and enjoy the view.

Who can fly on paragliding?

Practicing paragliding flight does not require any specific physical condition, nor is limited to any gender because it does not require any physical effort by the passenger to perform this activity. Thus, even people with a disability or reduced mobility can fly on paragliding.

When can I fly on paragliding?

You can do this activity whenever weather conditions are appropriate. Because of the privileged location of NyangNYang beach at uluwatu area, it makes an ideal place for flights almost every day of the year. To ensure optimal flight conditions we always review the weather forecast before each flight.

Where do we take off and landing?

Bali Aerosport School/Bali paragliding club run a one and the only well organized paragliding take off and landing area at South cliff of Bali

Is it Safe?

The paragliding flight differs from other aircraft and aerodynes flights for being a flight at lower speeds, this makes pilots to have more control and better response time to any possible incidents that might occur, and to make it very safe. We also include elements of active and passive safety, such as helmets, emergency parachute, and fly with international ly experienced and lisenced instructor .

And please note : Bali Aerosport School/Bali paragliding club are the one and the only paragliding provider that work with insurance company. All our customers is protected by a personal insurance ( mac coverage IDR 250 mill.)

Terms of Service

Bali Aerosport School/Bali paragliding club is an adventure tourism company that is dedicated to provide tandem paragliding flights.The flight time and route will be previously agreed with the customer as listed by services and prices we offer, however other services requested will be agreed upon with the customer the route, duration and cost of them. Payment of the activity will be provided in advance of the performing it. This also applies to any other contracted service. Unless otherwise noted, the price of the activity includes: tandem flight in paragliding, duration and route agreed with the customer, safety equipment, communications equipment and picnic lounge.

Weather Conditions: performing the activity is subject to suitable weather conditions. Before the activity, our Operations Manager will review the weather and environmental conditions in the take off zone to give the approval. In case of bad weather in the planned take off area, we will use one of the following options: transfer to another takeoff zone that a suitable standard, or suspension of activities until the weather improves .

In any case, the money will be refunded to the customer if the activity is not carried due to weather conditions.

Restrictions

Minimum weight to perform the activity: 45 kg

Maximum weigth to perform the activity: 110 kg

If the client shows signs of intoxication or being under the influence of drugs, the activity will be suspended with no money refund.

Pregnancy: Women in gestation can not perform this activity.

Handicapped: This activity can be done for people with physical and sensory handicap (except in the case of quadriplegia or hemiplegia) and mild mental disabilities. Here Sky Rebels is not responsible for moving the client to take-off areas. The client must have a companion to assist him during the pre-and post-flight, with no additional cost.

This activity is not recommended for people with heart problems.

Child s must have parental permission to perform the activity.

Bali Aerosport School, against deliberate delay by the participant at the beginning of the activity, may shorten the course or duration of it and without impairing the fun of it.

Safety

To carry out this activity must have appropriate footwear (sneakers or closed in any case sandals, flip flops, heels or platforms) to be provided by the customer; recommended also bring long sleeves, and the remaining security material will be provided by Bali Aerosport School/Bali paragliding club.

No heavy meals recommended in the hours prior to the completion of the activity to avoid dizziness.

Every customer that accesses our activities will be previously informed of the most common risks to which it is exposed to the practice of it, and must sign the information sheet and consent for the activity, in which declares receive that information.

The customer must, at all times during the performance of the activity, follow the staff of Bali Aerosport School/Bali paragliding club indications and these security protocols established. In case of breach them, Sky Rebels will not be responsible for accidents that may occur.
